A Fortune 500 executive once told us, "[Lean] may work well for a startup, but we have 75 years of established processes in place." This sentiment is predominant across large organizations, so how can product teams and leaders implement customer-driven practices? Join us for dinner, networking, and talks about product politics and how to overcome internal barriers.

Panel:
The panel will be facilitated by Anuraag Verma.

Panelists include:

Mark Hurst founded Creative Good in 1997 with a mission to improve the customer experience. Since then the Creative Good team has brought their strategy consulting to premier clients in media, finance, retail, consumer products, travel & hospitality, health care, automotive, information services, and other fields. His book, "Customers Included," now in its 2nd edition, describes how companies can, and should, include customers in strategic decision making.

Jeremy Horn, also known as "The Product Guy," was formerly the Head of Product for Data Strategy, Content Management and Distribution at Viacom. He runs The Product Mentor and The Product Group, and has been featured on the podcast, This is Product Management.

Ed Jen is the Head of Product at Neocare (an Aetna company), and has played a wide range of leadership roles in product, marketing, business development, and operations in multiple verticals, growing revenues from $0 and up to $120MM in early stage growth companies, and a $300MM product and service portfolio in large enterprise.
