About the Speaker:

Piyush Bhandari is a qualified Chartered Accountant by profession, an entrepreneur by choice and an avid tech enthusiast. He graduated with distinction from Loyola College and then completed his Masters in Commerce from Madras University. He has also completed his Post Graduate Program in Data Science and Business Analytics from the University of Texas at Austin.

In 2007, he started his entrepreneurial journey by establishing IMC Group (now part of Andersen Global) which specializes in cross-border advisory services focusing on Asia and the Middle East region. They specialize in corporate advisory, governance risk and compliance services, global mobility, business process outsourcing solutions and transaction advisory. He has advised several mid to large enterprises which include many fortune 500 companies.

They have expanded into Technology Services and established Xponential Digital, which develops business solutions that drive digital transformation at an accelerated pace. Many world organizations have utilized our services to achieve their milestones through improved customer experience, global risk management and business operations.

He serves on the board of the Entrepreneur Organization (EO) – Chennai Chapter. Entrepreneurs' Organization is a high-quality support network of 14,000+ like-minded leaders across 61 countries.

He is also part of Chennai Angels Network which actively invests in emerging start-ups. One of his investments has been in Chai Kings which is one of the largest QSRs in South India and operates in the F&B – Tea space. He acts as the Investment Director and has played a strategic role in their fundraising and growth journey.

He is extremely passionate about education and is a part of many charitable organizations. He enjoys running, tennis, yoga and reading in his leisure time.
