Currently in the YCombinator Winter 2017 batch. I spend most of my time helping developers build better applications with GraphQL and evangelizing the growing community. I graduated from the University of Virginia in 2015 where I built a number of full-stack applications and was frustrated by how long it took. After graduating, I went on to work on SQL Server for Microsoft Azure where I helped oversee millions of DBs running in the cloud. Stanley Chiang is a product manager with engineering experience. By day he helps Anchorfree, a global consumer privacy company, provide VPN access to the masses. At night he builds his AR app ideas - meshingiOS with computer vision.
"The presentation will demo her app'sAR functionality. Then,go over how the computer vision libraries (opencv and dlib) interact with the game engine (sprite kit). Time permitting Ill throw out some UX observations. Finally, Ill talk about my plans to use this app to seed an open source AR-SDK for mobile/game developers."
