Synthetic Fuels
There is no single technology more responsible for the abundance and prosperity of the modern age than cheap and abundant hydrocarbon fuels. Energy is the wellspring of all civilizational wealth, but can hydrocarbons be produced and used in a way that is both economically competitive and carbon neutral?
Synthetic fuels are the answer: pulling carbon directly out of the atmosphere and combining it with hydrogen in to produce designer fuel molecules at scale. If these fuels can be both clean and low-cost, they usher in an era of unlimited high performance fuels for thousands of years to come.
Join us for a series of talks by founders, scientists, and engineers in the field to explore the future of cheap and abundant synthetic fuel at scale.
Speakers Include:
Ryan Shearman, CEO of LOACarbon
Jack Williams, Postdoctoral Chemical Engineering Researcher, University of Cambridge
John Kutsch, Founder of Whole World Industries
Dan Sutton, CEO of Syntholene
