<P>Radhika has 10 years of marketing experiencefocused on generating customer engagementthrough multichannel marketing campaigns. Priorto joining CommonBond, Radhika worked as abrand manager at Pfizer and a marketing strategyconsultant at Deloitte leading teams to developdigital capabilities, position brands, create uniquebrand identities, and identify unmet customerneeds through market research. Radhika earned anM.B.A. in marketing from Columbia Business Schooland a B.A. in marketing and international businessfrom New York University. She is also an adjunct professor at Baruch College, teaching DigitalMarketing, Advertising, and Consumer Behavior.</P>
<P><STRONG>Shaun Johnson, Co-Founder, Startup Institute</STRONG></P>
<P>Shaun Johnson is a technologist, early adopter and helper of people. He is the co-founder of Startup Institute, an edtech company equipping individuals with the skills, access and mindset needed to make an immediate and positive impact on the startup venture they join.Previously, Shaun was an Associate at TechStars, the premier startup accelerator providing seed stage investment and mentorship. Before that, Shaun was a management consultant in Booz Allen Hamiltons Strategic Technology & Innovation practice.He has advised companies across the emerging technology landscape, including smart grid energy, healthcare IT, broadband infrastructure & alternative assets.Shaun holds a B.A. in computer science & sociology from Georgetown University and an M.S. in information systems from The Johns Hopkins University.</P>
<P><STRONG>Mateo Askaripour, Director of Sales Development, Grovo</STRONG></P>
<P><SPAN>As Director of Sales Development at Grovo, Mateo is responsible for the growth and development of outbound and inbound lead generation efforts and successfully driving the companys top-line revenue goal.</SPAN>Mateo started Grovos sales team in partnership with CEO Jeff Fernandez in 2013.Holding various sales and marketing roles since joining the company, Mateo streamlined Grovos sales hiring, training and professional development practices and scaled tool and sales processes for the team.A graduate of New York University, Mateo enjoys all things related to Startups, Sales, literature, language and travel.</P>
<P><STRONG>Richard Przekop, Associate Director of Technical Operations, jet.com</STRONG></P>
<P>Rich began his career as a consultant at L.E.K. Consulting, where he a<SPAN>ssessed industry dynamics, competitive threats and market opportunities in regards to private equity and corporate due diligence. He was also the Director of Investments for Wall Capital Advisors in Shanghai, a s<SPAN>outique investment and advisory firm specializing in China-LATAM investments, where he oversaw all investment decisions. Prior to joining the team at jet.com as an Associate Director of Operations, he was a Product Manager at Slide and Amazon. Rich has a M.B.A. from the M.I.T. School of Management and a B.S. in Engineering Sciences from Harvard.</SPAN></SPAN></P>

<P>Prior to CommonBond, Janice spent a seven year career in the very un-startup-like world of oil and gasfinance, first in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and then in sales andstructuring at J.P. Morgan.Her interest in personal finance and belief that CommonBond has created a financial services companythat delights borrowers brought her to the company. She is a proud transplant from Canada, andattended the University of Calgary.</P>
