<P><SPAN><STRONG>Nadia Yakoob</STRONG></SPAN>is a partner at SW Law Group, a boutiqueimmigration law firm with offices in the Bay Area, New York, and Tokyo. She has been practicing immigration law for the last 15 years, and, having lived, worked and studied abroad, can empathize with the challenges of building a life in a foreign country. Her firm primarily caters to start-ups and emerging companies as well as investors and entrepreneurs. She also helps with family-based immigration and citizenship matters.</P>
<P>Nadia received her J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Centerin 2000 where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal. She also received a M.Sc. from the London School of Economics, and was a Fulbright scholar at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, France.</P>
